LAHORE: District governments are delaying issuance of no-objection certificates for setting up auto-gas stations, hampering the elimination of decanting of liquefied petroleum gas. The government announced auto gas policy in September 2005, but not a single LPG auto gas station has been set up due mainly to requirements more stringent than international standards.
