FIR against Shah Rukh for Comment on Prophet Mohammed S.W

The Bandra police on Thursday filed a case against film star Shah Rukh Khan for “outraging religious sentiments”.
The complaint was registered by the Mumbai Aman Committee, a religious organisation, in objection to his remark in a recent magazine interview in which he listed Prophet Mohammed as one of the most unimpressive personalities in history.
If the case is proved, Khan could go to jail for three years, police said. Khan is presently in the United States and his statement would be taken when he returns; he will not be arrested immediately, said Senior Police Inspector Prakash George. He added: “We will take action after completing the probe.”
Zarar Qureshi, secretary of the committee, claimed: “Shah Rukh Khan bracketed the Prophet along with Adolf Hitler and Winston Churchill.”
Farid Sheikh, president of the committee, said they would not allow Khan’s body to be buried anywhere in Maharashtra when he dies.

but im a student of journalism myself so i know what those journalists do. they manipulate sentences and statements just to create hype. im not favoring srk, im only saying we should wait and see.instead of using all the abusive words for him. we should wait and in case, he really is proven guilty, then he will not only get punishment in this world, but also Allah Almighty will ask him for an answer on the Day of Judgement.
at present, it is just confusing. srk has stated that he didnt say it and i have read in a newspaper myself that the editor of which ever indian magazine where the interview was published, has admitted that the magazine misprinted it and the entire organization has apologized for their mistake. look at the situation logically- srk is a sensible person, how could he have said such a pathetic and shameless thing. just leave aside the fact that his wife is a hindu and he has a mandir in his home etc etc. had he been a religious scholar or an aalim, then it would certainly have been a pointable thing to have married a hindu. just think-it doesnt make logical sense that he has said that. im a journalist myself i exactly know how do statements and things are changed.

this is whats happening. we have just heard that he has said sumthing-the news isnt yet confirm and here we are, pouring out our entire vocabularies of abusive words. we should calm down and see whether its true or not? and as i have stated, if it really is true and even then he does succeed in proving himself innocent, then he wont ever be able to escape Allah’s Azaab.
there is another example from history that when Our Beloved Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) went to Ta’if to preach Islam, he was stoned by the people of Ta’if. Hazrat Jibrael came to the Holy Prophet (S.A.W) and said that he would crush the people of Ta’if under a mountain if the Holy Prophet (S.A.W) would order. but our Generous Holy Prophet said that he didnt want that to happen and he forgave them and didnt do badd-dua for them and said that their future generations would turn out to be pious and he prayed for their Hidayat. he didnt give them any badd-dua or any abusings.
this is what im trying to say. and unfortunately no one seems to get it . we should first watch,wait and see and if it really is true, then we should stay such things, then i would be among the lead to curse him. but let it be proven first. and yes, Allah is the best judge, He will not let such a person escape if he really is guilty of saying that shameless and dirty thing about our Beloved Holy Prophet S.A.W
