(2) Since 1971 todate, if i compare the various democratic governments, isnt the performance of democratic governemnts shameful as compared to the Army governments. Governemnt houses and flats from the sectors G-6 to G-9 have been got constructed by the Ayub Khan Government, flats in G-10, I-8 and I-9 sectors have been constructed by the General Zia Government, and now the government flats in G-11 Sector have been made during the government of General Musharraf. Not a single governemnt huose/flat, which were actually meant for the homeless poor people, have been got constructed. (4) Tution fees of the the students of Model colleges have been made free by the Gen Musharraf's government.
