Yes, India is cutting off defense ties with Israel because of Israel’s stand on Palestine. When India decided to normalize ties with Israel it was under the understanding that Israel will work towards an independent Palestine state and it will vacate the settlements on Gaza and the West Bank. Since that was not forthcoming, India has decided to rewind it’s relationship with Israel.
