Well I have been to LUMS, not even a single part of the campus has any building like this. Google Earth can show it to you easily. LUMS site has pictures and there are so many sites of pictures on net otherwise of the campus. They are not Pakistani girls because of the complexion difference. This complexion is a rarity in Pakistani girls.
