Russia and US to reduce nuclear stockpiles

The US and Russia have reached a preliminary agreement to reduce their nuclear stockpiles, during a visit to Russia by Barack Obama, the US president.
His visit is part of what he has called an effort to “reset” US-Russian relations.
But as Al Jazeera’s Neave Barker reports from Moscow, there are still several hurdles to overcome.
